Wearing a mask

If you feel you have an exemption to wearing a mask you don’t need to contact your GP. We would encourage everyone to wear a mask in line with government guidelines. There are very few medical conditions where there isn’t a significant benefit to the wearer and those around them that makes them not worth wearing. Please click here to see the government guidance and information on exemptions and evidence required.

And remember, it doesn’t have to be a mask, just a face covering like a scarf or a visor are also acceptable and may feel less claustrophobic than a mask.

Visors are widely available and ones such as this are cheap and reusable and provide for protection for you and those around you.
